The Voice That Wasn't Mine | Garrain Asé on How His Son Brought His Family Back Together

Show Notes

Every other week I share one of the more powerful segments from a recent episode. Usually the part that carried a lesson I needed reminding of.

This is that part.

Garrain Asé was four months into a separation from his wife. Two homes. Kids going back and forth. He was out, and he wasn't coming back.

Then his son's birthday arrived, and Garrain heard something that changed the direction of his entire marriage in a single sentence.

Not advice from a friend. Not a breakthrough in therapy. A voice inside him that wasn't his own, saying the one thing he couldn't argue with.

Everything became clear immediately. This clip is four minutes long and it gave me shivers. It's about why children are closer to source than we are, why a child who carries your DNA is holding codes you lost access to, and why the inner child work we all keep reaching for might be sitting right in front of us at the dinner table.

The power is still there. You just have to unlock the programming. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Dr. Steven Young has been one of the most precious humans in my life. He arrives right on time, in the exact moment I need it, with a message of love that changes something. This episode is a conversation with a man who has spent thirty-seven years in devotion to gnosis, knowing thyself, and who found out last year that he still had a story running underneath everything.

Most of us can name the pattern. The same dynamic with different partners. The same feeling with a mother, a boss, a spouse. What we can't see is why it keeps happening.
