Welcome to year 5 of the Endometriosis Nutritionist podcast! I’ve been publishing podcast episodes for 4 years now, and my little podcast has been listened to more than 130k times by people all over the world! I’m so happy that so many of you find the podcast helpful and I’m very excited about the fifth year.
Let’s kick year 5 off with an episode about fertility and pregnancy. So, why does it take 2 to do the fertility tango?
I’m not an expert on male fertility and I’m not going into what types of fertility issues your male partner (or the person providing the sperm) may have and what to do about it.
But if you have Endometriosis and are experiencing difficulty falling pregnant or are having early pregnancy losses, it is important to consider that it truly takes 2 to do the fertility tango.

In this final episode, I reflect on what this work has meant to me, what I’ve learned along the way, and the message I most want you to take with you. Thank you for being here, for listening, and for allowing me to be part of your journey.
