You Don't Have to Earn Rest or Support
Heal from Infidelity: Reclaiming Your Peace, Power, and Self-Trust After BetrayalShow Notes
What if you didn't have to reach your breaking point before you were allowed to rest, ask for help, or do something simply because you enjoy it?
In this episode, I'm looking at the conditions we often place on rest and support—especially when life already feels uncertain or painful. It's easy to believe we can stop once everything is handled, everyone else is okay, or we finally have answers. But there will almost always be one more thing demanding our attention.
I share what I've been learning about making rest and support part of everyday life rather than waiting until exhaustion forces the issue. We'll also explore the mental load of navigating relationship uncertainty, why being capable doesn't mean having unlimited capacity, and how to ask for and receive support without feeling like you have to justify it or immediately repay it.
If you've been carrying more than you realize, I invite you to listen and consider what you might be ready to put down.
