Show Notes
With everyone still reeling from Steve Worth's epic sonic expedition on show 085, it seemed only right to come up for air for a bit before heading back under for the next dose. Sure enough, for show 086, we've got another smasher! Elliot Shiel is rapidly becoming a name to watch and listen out for if you're a techno connoisseur, which we all are.... After being inspired to dive into DJing whilst surrounded by the climbing and techno scene at Uni and providing the soundtrack for many a wild house party, the cat well and truly got out of the bag after a polished and professional debut set at the infamous "Works Party" a few years back, which was one of the highlights of the main event. This led to plenty more top notch sets at some great events, such as Sheffield's funnest techno night "Ulterior." So get stuck in for this outstanding blend of deep and melodic techno and house, from Elliot Shiel on Decomposed Radio show 086......

Welcome back to Decomposed Radio! For Show 096 We're rewinding back to December last year and revisiting the amazing "Works Party." This was it's 18th year and despite a brief interruption from something called "Covid" I'm happy and proud to say it's back up to full strength. Complete with underground afterparty, a phase 3, and maybe even a phase 4 if you know where to look! If you know you know and all that .... Featuring on today's episode is long time friend of the show and Decomposed OG "DJ Galup" also know as Sam Whittaker. We're very lucky to have captured his phenomenal set from the afterparty at Plot 22, in the early hours of Saturday morning. Sam's ability to create a specific vibe thats tailor made for the time and space never fails to impress me, and is always one of the highlights of the weekend! I could rant on for hours, but let's face it we're all in this for the music, so lock in and turn it up for Decomposed Radio 096, with DJ Galup recorded live at Plot 22, Sheffield. It's not going off .... It's gone off ....
