▬▬▬▬ In this episode ▬▬▬▬

A few days after stopping, the price of a bottle of detox capsules is low enough that buying it is not really a money decision. It is a decision about whether anything can be done at all. This episode is about what is in that bottle, what it can move, and what it cannot touch.

- Why capsules work on the way out and never on the supply, and why every sensible and every oversold claim about them comes from that one distinction. - What is actually inside: ordinary minerals and plant ingredients that give the liver and kidneys a little more to work with, not something that dissolves stored material. - Why stored THC only leaves at the pace fat cells are broken down for energy, whatever you swallow. - The honest size of the effect: days to a couple of weeks off the tail end, not a negative reading in forty-eight hours and not against years of daily use. - What actually sets the pace instead: body fat, metabolism, movement and ordinary water intake. - Why normal amounts of water, half an hour of walking and time do most of the work, and why the bottle buys very little without them. - Whether a dose morning, noon and evening is a fair low-cost lever in weeks where nothing else can be influenced, or attention going to the part that changes nothing about how those weeks feel. That is the point of contention. - Why same-day drinks and anything sold as a flush are a different category with a different claim. - Why drinking a huge amount right before a test only ruins the sample, and why a hard workout the day before pushes the reading the wrong way. - Why taking more than the label says buys nothing but an empty bottle sooner. - When it stops being worth the money, which is the one thing nobody selling it puts on the label. - Why a faster negative does not buy a faster head, and what is still waiting afterwards.

This is general information, not medical advice.
