Umar Nurmagomedov vs Song Yadong Preview | UFC Shanghai | Contender Series, Bella Mir, Fighter Pay
Morning KombatShow Notes
It's Friday and that means it's time to check in with Luke Thomas and Jed Meshew on Morning Kombat. LT and Jed get you ready for UFC Shanghai, starting with the main event between Umar Nurmagomedov and Song Yadong. The guys go through the rest of the card including Denise Gomes matching up against Yan Xiaonan, Aoriqileng vs. Kai Asakura and Bilal Hasan vs. Nilson Rojas. Also, Dana White has made it a point to talk about Contender Series fighter pay. For a promoter who famously doesn't enjoy discussing pay, why is White all of a sudden talking about how much money the UFC pays out? Those stories and more on a Friday edition of MK!
