Dangerous faith calls people change their patterns of behavior to align with Christ instead of culture—and that's what makes it dangerous. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses what it looks like to embrace a bold faith that challenges ourselves and those around us to lead godly lives. The truth is often disruptive, and Pastor Allen shares stories of courageous leaders who faced adversity, challenges, and hardship in order to complete their God-assignments. Our faith should challenge culture and advocate for biblical obedience. Instead of accommodating ungodliness, our "dangerous faith" should disrupt it and call it out—not with condemnation, but with conviction, boldness, and care. The only way to bring a biblical worldview back into the public square is by living out a dangerous faith.

Obedience to God has a greater impact on our futures than our education or upbringing does. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the spiritual ramifications of obedience and disobedience. We have an adversary, Satan, and the best way to combat his schemes is by trusting and obeying God and His Word. Pastor Allen teaches about the leadership of King Hezekiah to demonstrate how our choices today can impact the generations to come, and that repentance is a better idea than compromise. We don't have to respond to our culture's bullying with fear because we've been given the authority of the King. Let's walk in obedience to Him.
Across Scripture, we see an overarching story that directly applies to our lives: many challenges we face originate from spiritual forces rather than worldly ones. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the reality of the spiritual dimension and its impact on our lives. Jesus was engaged in conflict with the Devil, so as Christ-followers, we should be aware and prepared for spiritual conflict rather than remaining ignorant or unbelieving. Pastor Allen discusses characteristics of God and Satan that should influence our choices as we mature in our faith, and he shares how syncretism, or compromise, severely weakens our relationship with the Lord. God wants good for our lives, so let's decide to align more fully with Him.
There's an easy recipe for becoming God-smart: Pick a verse to meditate on. Tomorrow, pick another one. The next day, pick another one, and keep doing that until God's thoughts begin to shape your thoughts. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson walks through Proverbs, chapter 23. He shares the importance of seeking God and His wisdom, and he demonstrates how to understand and apply Proverbs to our own lives. Proverbs 23 gives instruction on many topics, including boundaries, gluttony, parenting, alcoholism, and sexual immorality. We should hunger and thirst for God's truth—its value is incomparable.
There are places where Jesus in us may not be welcome, but that doesn't mean we should stop sharing our faith—instead, we need to reflect Him more fully. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson shares key takeaways from the 2026 Culture & Christianity Conference. He discusses the faith-filled, courageous speakers who challenged us to lead with our faith, and he answers the question "What can we do?" with practical, biblical wisdom we can live out every day. Pastor Allen shares conference speakers' teachings about the importance of believing and following God's Word and the need for us to be actively involved in politics and education. There is a cost to following Jesus, but that doesn't mean shying away from the spiritual battle ahead. It means being prepared and willing to engage.
"Almost persuaded" is not a descriptor we want for our lives. Let's purposefully choose to believe in God and who He says He is. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the opportunities God gives us to foster a faithful relationship with Him and the responsibility we have to respond to those invitations. The darkening culture around us argues that a Christian worldview is the wrong one, but we can't afford to let our faith be shaped by opinions or social media comments. Responding with obedience to our Lord's invitations will take effort on our behalf, but the Kingdom of God is worth it.
