Chillingham Castle is titled the most haunted castle in England and in the top ten in the world. I was lucky enough to spend the night there learning about the bloody and violent history that the thick stone walls had bore witness to. It's no surprise this place is home to over 100 ghosts. Listen in while I tell you a few of their stories and find out if I saw any of Chillingham's otherworldly residents.

More from Scottish & Scared Podcast
This story is one of my favourites. Taken from Elliott O'Donnell's Scottish Ghost stories, published 1911. This collection of stories was gifted to me as a child and I still have them to this day. One that particularly scared me was the Floating Head of Benrachett Inn, so listen in as I tell you a tale that made the adolescent hair on the back of my neck stand on end.
My favourite part of the doing this podcast is getting to chat with you folks. I love a good story especially one's about ghosts, cryptids and all things strange and unusual. I've been collecting stories from my listeners for a while and decided it's time to share them with you. So listen in as I try to do their tales justice and feel free to send me yours.
The bustling town of Galashiels is known for many things including it's textile industry past and present, but it's also home to a very sinister and dark ghost story. What remains of of Buckholm Tower is very little, but the story surrounding it's ghostly occupants is alive and well.
We are back in the US of A for another cursed object. This time our objects is a set of bunk beds. As a child who slept in a bunk bed I can safely say they are somewhat cursed already, with burst lips, broken legs and skinned knees, but the Tallman family faced not a physical curse but a spiritual one. From the minute the bed was moved into the house the family where plagued with violent visions and otherworldly threats. Join us as we discuss the strange case of the Tallman bunk beds.
It's been a while since we talking about some creepy crawlies from Scottish folklore. These are my favourite episodes to do, learning about all the things that could be lurking out there in the Scottish wilderness. We are back in the water this week to talk about some more sea dwellers and their shenanigans.
