"I know you feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders right now and my hope with this episode is to just give you a little bit more relief as we step into this holiday season so you can know that you're not alone and you don't have to do it all." - Stephanie Booe
Thanksgiving is a beautiful time of the year and it comes with a lot of gratitude, celebration, and joy. It can, however, also come with an equal helping of hardship, heaviness, and heartbreak.
In today's episode, Stephanie tackles all of that and more as she walks you through how to have an intentional and slower paced holiday that leaves you feeling refreshed. She address a lot of the things that moms take on during the holidays including: hosting, juggling nap schedules, grocery shopping, figuring out the family plans, etc. and helps you to feel more confident as you enter the Thanksgiving week.
Stephanie reminds us that this is such a special time and as much as we want to make it magical for our kids and special for everyone else, we also have to remember to take on a lighter load so that we are able to enjoy it too!

"It doesn't have to be perfect in order for it to be beautiful. It doesn't have to be perfect in order for it to be special. It doesn't have to be perfect in order for it to be memorable. It's not about everything being perfect. It's about everyone being together and making memories. Focus on being present, not perfect." - Stephanie Booe
