Show Notes
After a fully planned and in no way forced on us break, the podcast is back for Season 3!
In the continued absence of Mrs AuDHD, Episode 179 sees Alex and James cover the history of ADHD. As usual, Alex, the Psycho…….education Monkey delivers the research behind the subject; both Alex and James offer personal reflections and their tips, and part three is the usual cop-out of answering listeners' questions. 'What has James lost, forgotten or mislaid this week?" restarts at 0-0, can Alex do as badly this season as he did last time around? James may or may not have put pigs in blankets in his bum bum, Alex isn’t bacchanalian anymore and Mrs AuDHD is still missing due to being “tired”...

James isn’t allowed to do bathos, Alex steals James’s professional background, and Mrs AuDHD isn’t as proud of her weirdness since getting her diagnoses...
Episode 199 of the podcast covers ADHD and neuroplasticity, the lifelong capacity of the brain to change and rewire itself in response to the stimulation of learning and experience. Part 1 is the usual 'welcome to the podcast nonsense', in part 2, Alex the Psycho…. education Monkey tries to communicate poorly written science of ADHD and neuroplasticity, and in part 3, Alex and James offer their personal reflections on rumination. "What has James lost, forgotten or mislaid this week?" returns with James winning 5-1 so far for the series. Alex’s ‘Rapper name’ is FOX-P and James prefers ‘shut up’ to ‘shush’...
