Mark McGrath is Head of Marketing & Product for SEAT and CUPRA Ireland at Volkswagen Group Ireland. He previously served as Head of Marketing for Volkswagen Passenger Cars in Ireland, and has spent over a decade in Irish automotive marketing across CUPRA, Volkswagen Passenger Cars and Opel.
CUPRA launched in Ireland in 2021 and has since established itself as one of the country’s fastest-growing automotive brands, with a market share of almost 2%. The brand’s current Irish line-up comprises the CUPRA Formentor, Leon, Born, Tavascan and Terramar, with the CUPRA Raval, a new 100% electric urban car, joining the range in 2026. CUPRA combines distinctive design, performance and electrification across its model range, while building its presence beyond the automotive sector through partnerships and activity centred around electronic music and padel in Ireland. Globally, CUPRA has sold more than one million vehicles since its launch in 2018 and continues to expand its presence across international markets. Hosted on Acast.
