Oftentimes, it can be tempting to push ourselves through an experience just for the gravitas—just to say we’ve been there, done that—without ever creating the space for reflection. But without reflection, we miss the nuance and the learning. And without the nuance, we miss the opportunity to capitalize on our own growth, completely defeating the purpose of the journey.
Today, we’re sharing a training with Noelle Cordeaux, the founder of JRNI—now Lumia—a life coaching certification company. Lumia is all about learning to lead, learning to coach, the art and power of asking good questions, and holding space.
Tune in and listen to episode 18 as we talk about goal setting, the neurobiology behind negative feelings, and cover what active listening really is. We also cover a practice called empathy mapping and much, much more.
