Show Notes
It’s Strictly on the Sofa IN THE STUDIO!!! That’s right, after years of the only certainties in life seemingly being death, taxes and the Strictly rejection email, Laura and Flo finally did the impossible and won tickets through the random ballot!
Join us on the sofa as we recap all the excitement of week 8 from two people who were ACTUALLY THERE, along with a little sneak peek into what it’s like in the studio itself (hint: there’s prosecco) and the experience of being an audience member at the best show on telly.
We love you Strictly! xoxo

More from Strictly On The Sofa
It's Week 4 in the ballroom and it's TRIBUTE BAND WEEK! In all seriousness, it was a very good show, full of breakthroughs, minor breakdowns, and truly astonishing wig work yet again. "Venn vill you wear vigs?" a wise man once asked. EVERY WEEK SAID STRICTLY.
Week 3 and it's not a theme week! The judges are on one, the dances are knocking it out of the park, and everyone's thinking about Danny Mac again. So just another week watching Strictly!
It’s movie week and the first elimination! Join us on the sofa as we review the Perennial Julie Andrews Wig, question ‘was it a samba??’ and assess the Middle-Bottom Danger Zone.
We're baaaack! Join Laura and Flo for a BUMPER episode as they discuss Strictly Come Dancing 2026 so far, including the new look, the new hosts, and a whole new cast! Strictly is a marathon, not a sprint!
After a whirlwind of a series, Strictly 2025 has crowned its winner! And personally, I think it's us, the audience. Join Laura and A VERY SPECIAL GUEST *eyes emoji* as they round up a tremendous series and an even better final! Glitterballs for all!
