Sister-and-brother duo Aubry and Kale Walch are opening the first vegan butcher shop in the United States on Jan. 23, 2016. After years of perfecting their delicious meat-free meats and cheese-free cheeses, The Herbivorous Butcher has grown from a 6-foot farmers’ market table to a brick-and-mortar location, in northeast minneapolis. Filet Mignon, ribeye steaks, meatballs, cheeses, sausages and Huli Huli Hawaiian ribs, are just a few items on their menu, and you can have it all delivered right to your door.
