Whether that expectation was impressed upon on us by parents, through peer pressure, or even by society as a whole, we’ve had little space to become the people we have the potential to be. Eventually, this can start to wear on us mentally and many of us are left at a loss about how to make it better… But have you ever considered that there are different ways of thinking and different methods to help open your eyes?
