Meditation Monday: Permission to Rest

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

We have a quieter astrological week this week, which feels like it's really inviting us into the slowdown that this season offers. I know many of us struggle to slow down, equating worth with how much we can get done, and wearing busyness as a badge of honour. So, I want to challenge you this week to slow down. Grab a blanket, put your headphones on, and curl up on the sofa. Gift yourself this time to slow down and rest. I challenge you to do this every day. ❤️

Crystal for this practice: Amethyst - to help you slow down, quieten the mind and surrender into rest.
