Show Notes
For the first time in ages, the boys are without Mrs AuDHD as she recovers from burnout with ironic timing as in Episode 176, the topic of ADHD and fatigue are covered. As usual, Alex the Psycho…….education Monkey delivers the science behind the subject, Alex and James offer personal reflections and their tips (ding?) then we questions that have been sent in. 'What has James lost, forgotten or mislaid this week?" returns and James makes it so easy surely Alex must win this week? Both the script and a letter declare that Alex’s head looks like a melted chocolate ornament, James does another inappropriate ‘Ding’ and both forget to announce their upcoming book so instead do a rubbish monologue in the absence of Mrs AuDHD...
