In this episode, I'm talking about the building blocks of every purpose-led business, the core foundations of great businesses and great marketing: the Ten P's. I'll take you through each one of them, and explain why you must keep an eye on them and perform regular maintenance, just as with the foundations of any building. What You'll Learn:
-Why working on your foundations is never a once-and-done job -A simple definition of purpose and why you must have yours very clear -How getting clear on your priorities will make your business run smoothly -The importance of making your words and actions match -Why you should be very clear on how much your time is worth -How to awaken the storyteller in you -The side-effects of proper planning
Getting the Ten P's sorted out and in place might initially seem overwhelming, but please focus on the certainty that once you figure out your Ten P's, they will change your business and your marketing, and you'll be set to start making the difference in the world.
