Pip took over the family business with her sister seven years ago. Since then they've navigated COVID, a shifting retail landscape and some tough decisions — including downsizing from three stores to one.
In this episode Pip talks honestly about what keeps a retail business alive. Knowing your margins weekly, backing yourself even when others say no and building a loyal customer base that keeps coming back.
