Gregory Rodrigues is a legitimate contender at 185 pounds.
On Saturday night, “Robocop” picked up the biggest win of his career, outlasting Anthony Hernandez in the main event of UFC Sacramento to win a unanimous decision. The win should vault Rodrigues up the middleweight rankings and put him fully in the title mix at 185 pounds. Meanwhile, “Fluffy” has now lost two in a row, and his future at middleweight seems uncertain.
Following UFC Sacramento, MMA Fighting’s Jed Meshew and Alexander K. Lee discuss Robocop’s big win and what it means for the 185-pound division. They also break down some of the other big storylines from the card — including Reinier de Ridder’s successful UFC light heavyweight debut and Carli Judice’s emergence at flyweight — wax poetic on Cris Cyborg’s scare in PFL, answer viewer questions, and more.

UFC 333 is here!
Another very busy weekend in the combat sports world is upon us, including Saturday's stacked UFC 333 event headlined by a UFC featherweight title bout between Alexander Volkanovski and Movsar Evloev, while Petr Yan defends his bantamweight title against Merab Dvalishvili in a trilogy fight. While titles are at stake, what else is on the line in these two huge fights?
Mike Malott made a big statement by knocking out Joaquin Buckley in the main event of UFC Edmonton, sending his home-country crowd happy. With a lot of contenders at the top of the welterweight division, where does "Proper" go after the biggest win of his career?
Mike Malott delivered in a big way for his home country as he picked up the biggest win, and biggest highlight of his UFC career with a stunning second-round knockout of Joaquin Buckley in the main event of UFC Edmonton. After the win, is "Proper" a perennial top-10 welterweight moving forward, or is he a legit title threat?
The UFC returns to Canada this Saturday for a UFC Fight Night card, and in the main event, Canada's own Mike Malott looks to extend his long win streak against Joaquin Buckley. With "New Mansa" entering the bout off of back-to-back losses, and Malott being 34 in a loaded up division, is it do-or-die for both guys?
