Show Notes
- Guest host Gates Garcia celebrates American patriotism with a powerful message from Dennis Prager about gratitude, then takes aim at WNBA teams leaving the court before the national anthem and LeBron James appearing to practice his golf swing during the anthem. Apparently, a billion-dollar basketball career still leaves room for a little putting practice!
- Former George W. Bush administration official Ashley Davis joins the Newsmax hotline to discuss the approaching midterm elections, unreliable polling, voter turnout, candidate quality, and the growing divide between political extremes. Davis argues that getting supporters to actually vote matters more than obsessing over the latest poll, proving that winning an election requires more than winning an argument on X!
- Ashley Davis continues her Newsmax hotline conversation with an insider's look at the White House, recalling her experience during 9/11 and explaining how government regulations, political uncertainty, and social media complicate business decisions and bipartisan cooperation. She also reveals that the real West Wing is considerably smaller and less glamorous than Hollywood suggests!
