In this episode of The Bible Show, Sam and Will walk through Matthew 6:25-34 where Jesus teaches his followers not to be anxious about food, clothing, or tomorrow. This passage connects directly to Jesus' teaching about money and serving two masters, revealing that anxiety often comes from a divided heart. The Greek word for anxiety, merimnao, literally means to be pulled in different directions, and Jesus uses the birds of the air and lilies of the field to show how much more God cares for his children. They explore why gratitude and anxiety cannot coexist in the brain, and how spiritual hoarding keeps us from the freedom God offers. If you struggle with worry, this episode offers both deep biblical teaching and practical strategies for trusting God with your tomorrow. Like, comment, and subscribe for more.
