🎉 Happy New Year! It's officially 2024, and we're diving into the first episode of the year with some chats about imposter syndrome , cringing about self promotion, being delulu, and going through different phases in life. Reflecting on 2023, a slower year brought valuable self-reflection and clarity. Life has its cycles, and even in the slower times, there's purpose. Embracing the ebb and flow is key.The message: don't dwell on the past. Nostalgia for a previous version of ourselves is natural, but our journey is forward. Each day is an opportunity for a better, brighter version of us.
So, here's to 2024 – a year of authenticity, self-discovery, and embracing the shifts. Manifesting the best year yet for all of us.
xx

We're back with another episode and today we're revisiting one of my favorite topics—goal setting and leveling up for the new year. We’ll reflect on my 2024 goals: what I achieved, where I made progress, and the ones I’ve been chasing for years but haven’t quite nailed yet. From fitness routines and personal boundaries to money milestones and better cooking skills. Plus, I’ll share new goals for 2025, like clearing out endocrine disruptors in my home and continuing to create a more intentional life. If you’re ready to set (or reset) your goals, let’s do it together!
In this Q & A episode I'm answering your questions about holistic nutrition school, supplements, gym anxiety and more.
