Richie is joined by the author and former Fleet Street investigative journalist, Christine Hart. Today has been one of the most significant days in the long-running battle between Britain's newspapers and some of the country's best-known public figures. This afternoon, the High Court dismissed the claims brought by Prince Harry and a number of other high-profile claimants against the publisher of the Daily Mail, Associated Newspapers. Harry's costs could run into tens of millions of pounds. For more than a decade she worked undercover on major investigations for national newspapers before leaving Fleet Street in the aftermath of the phone-hacking scandal. In a remarkable and highly controversial new book, "Prince Harry & The Grifters", Christine tells Richie that Harry's case against the Daily mail was a HOAX. She makes serious allegations about journalists, lawyers, campaigners and the legal strategy behind some of Britain's biggest privacy claims. This is must-listen radio.

For the past week, Clodagh De Róiste has been protesting peacefully outside the offices of Meath County Council in Ireland. Clodagh is disabled and is effectively homeless. When she cannot find a sofa to sleep on, she has to sleep in a tent. Before her health deteriorated, Clodagh ran marathons and was very active in her community. Amazingly, she has been waiting for an affordable home for twenty-five years. Why do local authority's prioritise the needs of migrants above the urgent needs of women like Clodagh? She's not bitter and does not blame or "other" the migrants. But the fact remains. She is forced to sleep rough while - in some cases - undocumented, able-bodied young men are placed in houses or apartments ahead of her. Clodagh shares her important story with Richie.
