I share thoughts and tips in how analyze her time and tasks as well as bringing some awareness to self medicating (not the kind you are thinking!)
More from FINDING YOUR GOLD
While working in fashion in New York, I had a short but powerful interaction with the Coach brand that stayed with me for more than 20 years. I never worked for Coach, but through the textile company I worked for, got a tiny glimpse behind the curtain at the extraordinary level of detail, quality and standards that sat behind its signature. At the time, I didn’t have the language for what I was witnessing. Today, I do. In this episode of Finding Your Gold, I talk about what Coach taught me about finding your edge, why your signature is about far more than what people see, and how the seemingly insignificant moments in our careers can leave clues about the work we’re ultimately meant to do. Because maybe you don’t need to invent your edge. Maybe you’ve been collecting evidence of it your entire life
I’m still processing the amount of gold Oprah Winfrey dropped in Dublin. In this episode, I’m breaking down the biggest lessons, stories and golden nuggets I took from seeing Oprah live — but more importantly, how we can actually apply them to our own lives. We’re talking about finding the thread that runs through your life, listening to what life is trying to tell you, recognising the patterns that keep you stuck, getting older with gratitude, and what it really means to rise when life asks more of you. Some of what Oprah shared stopped me in my tracks because it mirrored so much of the work I’ve been developing around self-doubt, self-trust and interrupting the thinking that keeps us playing small. And there’s another part to this story… Back in August, I took a chance and emailed Oprah’s team. They replied. In this episode, I’m sharing what happened, why I wanted five minutes with Oprah in the first place, and what I learned from not getting the moment I had imagined. Because sometimes the gold isn’t where you expected to find it.
Burning Your Bones: The Hidden Cost of Over-Commitment In this episode, we talk about the real cost of over-committing at work. Did you know you can actually lose your memory from burnout? We unpack the lies of leadership, the toll constant productivity takes on your body and mind, and how to reclaim your peace, your health, and your self-trust.
In this episode I talk about contrast and how we hate it. Let’s be honest about that. We resist it, curse it, and do everything in our power to avoid it. We want the smooth road, the easy win, the feeling of certainty and flow without the jagged edges of struggle. We want warmth without ever feeling the cold, success without failure, love without heartbreak. But here’s the paradox: contrast is exactly what we need. It’s the friction that sharpens us, the tension that reveals our strength, the resistance that forces us to grow. Without contrast, we drift. We stay in the comfortable, the familiar, the lukewarm. And nothing great—nothing truly golden—comes from lukewarm. So, when contrast shows up in your life, don’t run. Don’t numb it with distractions. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that just because something is hard, it’s wrong. Stand in it. Let it teach you. Let it strip away what isn’t you, so that what remains is gold. And then? Rise. Rise with the lessons. Rise with the clarity. Rise with the fire that only contrast can ignite. Because the ones who rise aren’t the ones who avoid the storm. They’re the ones who walk through it—and come out the other side, shining.
n leadership, you're either holding the lemons or you are the lemon. Are you being squeezed, giving your energy away without seeing results? Or are you the one applying the pressure—shaping opportunities, making impact, and turning challenges into something greater? In this episode, we break down the dynamics of female leadership: when to squeeze, when to let go, and how to make sure your juice isn’t going to waste. Tune in and decide—are you the lemon, or the one doing the squeezing? 🍋✨ #Leadership #WomenInBusiness #PowerAndPressure
