Luca Kuhn. Building a community and a brand.

Endurance

Show Notes

Luca Kuhn is a Swiss born, London based entrepreneur and bike rider, who set up Ride Luca in 2020 - she saw a market dominated by gear that was often designed with men in mind, leaving women’s fit and needs as an afterthought. Luca wanted something different and has build a thriving community of riders and advocates. Empowering women on & off the bike. In this episode, filmed in Mallorca, we first explore Luca's own riding ambitions as she pushed her limits and gave us all a fright when she fainted on the legendary Sa Calobra climb! She has since gone from strength to strength with a structured training program. We also delve into her motivations to start both a cycling brand and the community that surrounds it. Across the Endurance podcast we speak to athletes, sports scientists and community builders, in order to glean life stories and wise words to help your ambitions. We hope you enjoy this conversation and please leave a comment and share with friends.
