At the start of January 2025, I did something I don't normally do. I booked a year in review card reading. One card per month. Twelve cards. A full look ahead at what my 2025 had in store for me. And almost immediately, I understood why I usually avoid future focused readings as it added weight to the year before it even began. In this episode, I share what it's like to receive future focused information when you're someone who usually prefers not to know. There are two camps in spirituality, the people who want to know and the people who don't want to know. I share about how this particular reading made me worry about 2025 and how I interpreted the information I was given in the reading. Relationship themes. Major life changes. Health concerns. Endings and beginnings that felt daunting before the year even started. This episode is about how we take in information, how we interpret it, and how it can actually affect us. Also, how knowing certain things can shape how we move through a year. If you've ever wondered whether knowing too much information from a reading can shape your experience, this conversation is for you! In this episode, Stephanie explores how the body can send us signs and alarm bells that we may ignore until we are ready to listen. Through the story of a client’s 30-year cough, she shares how something we have normalized for years can invite deeper curiosity when the timing is right.
This week, Stephanie explores the importance of detachment in mediumship and why you don’t always need immediate confirmation that the information you received was right. Through stories from real readings, she shares how learning to simply “deliver the mail” can help you trust what comes through, even when it doesn’t make sense yet.
This week, I’m sharing two mediumship stories that show how Spirit can sneak into the most ordinary moments through images, words, smells, and seemingly random details. From rose bushes to fire alarms, these experiences are a reminder to pay attention, because it’s rarely random.
Is it lucky girl syndrome, or are you just listening to your intuition? This week, I’m sharing how I use my intuition in everyday decisions, from booking flights and catching ferries to knowing when I need a backup plan and when I can trust that things will work out. We’re talking about learning your own intuitive manual so you can recognize your yes, your no, your red lights, your green lights, and everything in between.
