Estelle talks to pilates rehabilitation specialist, Reiki master, coach and plane crash survivor, Tulsi Vagjiani. Tulsi describes how when she was 10 years old, she lost her mother, father and brother in a plane crash. She tells Estelle about the severe burns which led to years of surgery, bullying and low self-worth. She describes her kidney failure at the age of 26 and how a vision of the Hindu God Krishna as well as meeting her Reiki Master, marked a turning point.
