Grab yourself a mimosa because this week's episode is exactly what you'd expect when two girlfriends get together for "one quick catch-up"... and it somehow turns into a full-blown life debrief. Joining Bella is model, content creator, founder of Venom & Gold, and Australian Survivor: Redemption contestant Lyndl Kean, and she's fresh out of a one-year relationship. The vibe: Break up. Glow up. Level up. Instead of mourning the ending of a relationship, Lyndl opens up about why breakups have always been the catalyst for her biggest glow-ups, biggest adventures and personal growth chapters. The girls chat about the dangers of doing "wifey work" on a girlfriend salary, why over-investing too early in a relationship rarely ends well, and how focusing on yourself is the fastest way to rebuild your confidence after heartbreak. They also dive into solo travel (including Lyndl's post-breakup Bali escape), launching a business after a life reset, and somehow... after approximately 10 mimosas... accidentally invent a brand-new Solo Season segment: Build A Babe, where they create Lyndl's dream husband from scratch. Whether you're freshly heartbroken, happily single or just here for the chaos, this episode is your reminder to protect your energy and pour love into yourself and your relationships with your friends, regardless of your relationship status. Oh we are back babyyyy and by back, I mean back on the microphone trying to make sense of my life, because romantically speaking, I fear we're still very much in the trenches. I promise you this episode will make you feel better about your life because f*ck me... the universe is testing me right now!!! This week, we're doing a proper Solo Season State of Affairs. And divas, it has been eventful. Friday night delivered a disappointing first date with a man I genuinely thought the universe had re-delivered for a reason. Turns out, some ghosts are better left in the past. My pen pal also managed to let me down in my hour of need, and because apparently the universe wasn't finished humiliating me, I ended the evening having a fight with a taxi driver. A well-rounded night out, really. The vibe: men, mayhem and a woman trying to get her life together. Because while I'm all for romanticising your life and doing it for the plot, sometimes the plot is just a series of minor inconveniences and men who test your patience and should probably remain in the archives. And if you're also out here trying to figure out your career, your relationships, your friendships, your future and what the actual f*ck you're doing with your life... welcome. This is a safe space honey. Universe, I AM READY FOR MY HUSBAND. PLEASE AND THANK YOU. PS. New episodes dropping every Tuesday (or Wednesday... and sometimes even Thursday... I'm sorryyyyy) 🎙️
Welcome back to Part 2 honeys!! A two-part series because it's very rare that we get to sit down and chat uninterrupted. The champagne has been nicked from our parents fridge (thanks mum) and the oversharing continues. The vibe: no-one gives it to you straighter than a sister 🫣 This episode, we're throwing it back to 2016 and the girls' first, and last, Hot Girl Euro Summer. I unpack India's short-lived Solo Season (because yes she did have one) before she met her husband Ben and became a mum of three. From a romantic dinner date with a cute Italian boy that quickly went downhill; to a true mic-drop moment, when we revisit how India's lifelong dream of moving to Hawaii, marrying a Hawaiian surfer and living her best Aloha-life a, l came crashing down one fateful night at the Turtle Bay Hotel. And just when you think we've overshared enough, we end with a round of rapid-fire questions that somehow turns into me being put on the grill and reveal a few things about India that you definitely weren't expecting. More stories, more secrets, more sisterly slander. You're welcome x New episodes dropping every Tuesday 🎙️ Oh and if you're listening and loving, pls leave a comment, (validate me duhhh) and tell me who you want on next!
Strap in babies because this is the sister episode I know you’ve ALL been waiting for!!! This week, Bella is joined by her younger and wiser, ride or die India Clinton for a very necessary sister catch-up and this one is a TWO part series! With a six year age gap and two very different lives, these two sisters could not be more polar opposites. The vibe: the stories we never told our mother 🤫 Before India became the over-worked, under-slept mother of three you probably know from social media, she had a short but insane Solo Season. Spanning LA, Hawaii and a brief Hot Girl Euro Summer, I guarantee these are the stories you’ve never heard. We’re throwing it all the way back to India’s LA party girl days, where she somehow found herself partying with celebrities including Scott Disick, Tyga and Justin Bieber, becoming a regular at The Nice Guy and 1Oak, all while somehow holding down a nannying job?! From her days as a certified “LA piece of shit” (according to her older sister) to their 2016 adventures in Amsterdam, the girls reminisce on India’s Solo Season and the person she was before marriage and motherhood. Expect old-school, sibling lore and a few wild stories that probably should have stayed between the two of them. And of course some savage roasting, because no one humbles you quite like a sister. Enjoy honeys x PS. Welcome back divas. Another solo episode because f*ck it, I love a solo. This week we’re getting into the messy world of one-night stands (mainly the unwritten rules I refuse to abide by), f*ck buddies, hinge first dates and questionable decision-making. First up: the Pen Pal is back. Yes, I delivered myself to his house. At 3am. And yes, this has now become a recurring situation. You'll soon understand why... 😏 I debrief on the one-night stand that never leaves (me), one-night stand etiquette (probably don't tell them you love them) and why despite everything your brain may tell you, or how good the sex is, you should probably not fall for your f*ck buddy. Then, in a shocking turn of events, I downloaded Hinge. For the first time EVER. I went on my first Hinge date, investigated the dating app ecosystem and, naturally, decided I had cracked the code. We’re talking Hinge prompts and my completely unqualified theories on how to hack the system, skip the small talk and get straight to a dinner date. Welcome to an hour of rambling from a woman who has decided it's better to be her weirdest, most unfiltered, chaotic self and just see what happens. Some men will stick around. Some will run for their lives. Either way, we’ll know pretty quickly who can handle it. Welcome back divas. After two weeks in a funk, we’re getting deep. The vibe: you, me, my unwashed sheets and the inner workings of my brain. This week I unpack why I’ve been feeling off lately and whether the cure might simply be... getting laid. We’re talking sexual frustration, the post-Europe dopamine comedown, the Sydney dating scene and the weird, subliminal pressure that starts creeping in when you’re a single woman in your 30s. Biological clocks. Social media. Watching everyone around you move well into the “next stage” of life, and that nagging little feeling that maybe you’re somehow falling behind. I also hit the streets of Bondi for the first Solo Season Dating Census and it got me thinking: have we forgotten how to actually have fun being single? We unpack sex on the first date, one-night stands, the double standards that still exist around women and casual sex, and why Sydney desperately needs to loosen up when it comes to dating. And finally, a question I can’t stop thinking about: If you knew you only had one month left of being single… what would you do differently? Maybe being single isn’t the waiting room. Maybe this is the good part. Love you. Mean it. Instagram: @itssoloseason and TikTok: @soloseason and Queen of Delulu: @bellawolfgang PS.
