Early on November 30th, 1989, Linda Cortile says gray beings floated her out of her 12th-floor window in lower Manhattan and into a hovering craft, and two security men later told abduction researcher Budd Hopkins they'd watched it happen from their car near the Brooklyn Bridge.

Charles "Snake" Stuart says he found an eight-foot Bigfoot dead in New York's Adirondacks, that a Cornell University DNA report shows what it is, and that Cornell has until 5:00 p.m. on November 1st to take back its denial or pay him $10 million.

On the night the beings from Alpha Centauri were due to land in 1949, every star in the sky over Mount Wilson blinked out for a full minute, and nobody seemed to notice except the narrator, Dorothy's brother Steve, and the astronomer Van Dyk. Eighteen years later, the narrator came back to the little iron house on the edge of the mountain, and Van Dyk was waiting to show him what was inside.

In Florida’s electric chair, a flame rose from under Pedro Medina’s headpiece and Allen Lee Davis bled through his white shirt. On the needle side, Raymond Landry’s IV line blew out and sprayed toward the witnesses in Texas, and in Arkansas, Rickey Ray Rector set his pecan pie aside for later while a team spent most of an hour hunting for a vein.

A husband's furious insult that his wife is nothing but a heartless white cat starts coming true in front of him, and their doctor wants to tell the world.
