It's another reboot! I have seen this "How do I get back into pole?" crop up in the groups and the chats so here is the incredible chat we had with Lyn a couple of years ago, about starting again.
It's our first ever guest! We welcome Lynn - Previous Director of Hanger 66 in Brisbane and one epic pole dancer! The trio discuss the topic of f*ckery that is getting back into pole and falling in love with it again while comparing ourselves....to our past selves. It's a lil bit real and raw - touching on some serious topics of body image and mental health (but we keep our usual nonsense as well) so if this isn't your vibe, maybe skip this ep for the week.
