The Last Text Was a Dinner Invitation

The Last Text Was a Dinner Invitation

At 1:15 AM, Dave sent a text from a room with no doors or windows, just dark wood walls, a green sofa, and a metal disc. Less than an hour after a Halloween party, he was describing a sealed room and a 1960s TV that turned on by itself, showing other rooms-one with a woman who could hear him. What happened to Dave in that impossible room?

In this episode, we reconstruct a single night entirely from a chain of text messages between two people. With no cameras, witnesses, or physical evidence, the story unfolds through a phone screen lighting up in the dark, message after message, for just over an hour.
