Chris struggles after surgery setbacks of his own, Amy reaches her breaking point trying to play sister, caretaker, and mom all at once, and one conversation spirals into a screaming match about boundaries, boyfriends, and who’s really enabling who. Meanwhile, Amy finally confronts the state of her house as professional organizers uncover clutter, bugs, mouse droppings, and years of emotional baggage tied to growing up around hoarding. Between awkward wig try-ons, pool plans that immediately collapse, and one devastating doctor’s appointment.
