Hiya Bodcasters, we're back!
Season 8 of The Middle-aged Bodcast is officially underway, and Raging Rich and T.A. Shelano are back for another round of middle-aged adventures, questionable decisions and attempts at getting healthier.
We kick things off with our first weigh-in of the season, and it's fair to say we're heading into the final months of the year with a bit of work to do!
T.A. has been getting stuck into Shaun T's latest workout programme and volunteering at parkrun, while Rich has been building his confidence in the kitchen with his air fryer, slow cooker and a few cooking experiments. Could we finally be getting somewhere with this whole healthy living thing?
We also look back at a fantastic Season 7, including our collaboration with Age UK, and give you a little taste of what's coming up over the next few months.
