How to Age WellShow Notes
Stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) is a water sport where you stand on a large, stable board and use a long paddle to move through the water. It’s like a mix of surfing and canoeing, but with the added stability of the board allowing you to stand up and get a great view of your surroundings.
o Moseley is a 59 year old single Mum of two grown up sons, who lives on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. After a difficult menopause, losing her own Mum and a knee injury, Jo was looking for something new to help heal her leg and lift her spirits.
