I had the privilege of meeting Sue Beer from The EFT Centre during an EFT Training Course, alongside Emma Roberts, both esteemed Master EFT Practitioners. Conducting this interview was an extraordinary blessing. Sue and I delved into the pervasive issue of addiction in our society. Personally, I understand the allure of using food to regulate my mood due to my medication. However, for many, addiction manifests in far graver ways. In this episode of This Healing Feeling, we explore how EFT, as a self-care tool, can aid the recovery journey from addiction.

Sue Beer Sue Beer is an EFT Master, international trainer, presenter and writer. She has a private practice in London, UK specialising in using EFT to help people change and find meaning in their lives. Sue originally trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy and is an experienced hypnotherapist and Master NLP Practitioner. Sue uses all her eclectic training as well as past experience gained from a very successful business career in her work. She is also a student of A Course in Miracles. Sue is the co-founder of The EFT Centre in London, and creator of the '; Healing the Addicted Heart’ and ‘Opening to Love’ Workshops which are celebrated for their power to initiate profound change in an atmosphere of fun, lightness and love.
