Leigh is the founder of Transition Coaching, a business she has been running for 14 years. She is a Leadership Coach and Career Mentor who works with established and emerging leaders as they transition through different levels of their careers. Leigh is a pretty big deal. She's worked with brands such as Aesop, Facebook, Google, TikTok, BMW, Lululemon, The AFL and Yahoo.
