In this deeply personal episode, Coral and Natalie share an update on what has been an incredibly difficult few weeks for their family.
For those who may not know, Natalie’s husband and Coral’s brother, Gus, is currently on critical life support following a double lung transplant. Together, they reflect on the day Gus was collected for transplant, the extraordinary process of receiving two new lungs and the reality of navigating the uncertainty of his condition in the weeks that followed.
Coral, Natalie and their family would like to thank everyone for the overwhelming kindness, love and support they have received during this time. It has meant more than they can put into words.

More from The RAISE Podcast
This week on The RAISE Podcast, we're joined by Laney Crowell, founder of cult-favourite beauty brand Saie, for a conversation about entrepreneurship, clean beauty, motherhood and what it means to create success on your own terms. From building a community-led beauty brand that went on to reach $100 million in sales, Laney shares the story behind Saie, why she believes makeup should be as good for your skin as your skincare, and how listening to women became the foundation of her business. But beyond the beauty industry, we explore something much deeper: finding the confidence to take up space, recognising your own worth, navigating mum guilt while building a business, and learning that saying no can be one of the most powerful things you do. We also get into Laney's personal wellness rituals, her morning routine, favourite beauty products, and the habits that help her feel her best while juggling business and motherhood. An inspiring conversation about trusting your vision, building something you believe in and becoming the woman capable of holding the life you're creating.
This week we're joined by author and founder Poppy Jamie for a fascinating conversation about intuition, spirituality and rediscovering the magic in everyday life.
This week we're joined by Izzy Utterson for a conversation about what a real glow up actually looks like and why it goes so much deeper than how we look. Izzy shares her own journey from struggling with body image, psoriasis and self-destructive habits to completely changing the way she approached her health, mindset and life. We talk about why wanting to change isn't always enough, how to work with your brain rather than against it, neuroplasticity, breaking old habits and why sustainable change rarely happens overnight. We also dive into self-talk, identity, vision boards, creating habits that actually fit your life, protecting your sleep, embracing boredom, movement and the small daily behaviours that help reinforce the person you want to become. Izzy also speaks incredibly openly about losing her mum following her Alzheimer's diagnosis, navigating grief and how that experience has completely changed her perspective on life, time and taking care of herself. A really honest conversation about growth, grief, habits and learning to become the best version of yourself… from the inside out.
This week we're joined by functional health practitioner Mark Dini for a fascinating conversation about whether we've started to overcomplicate wellness. After experiencing his own significant health challenges, Mark's work evolved from personal training and nutrition into functional health, blood testing, peptides, circadian health and what he describes as quantum biology. We talk about the foundations Mark believes are often overlooked - getting outside first thing in the morning, natural light, grounding, circadian rhythms and creating an environment that better supports our biology, and why he believes these should come before adding endless supplements and wellness protocols. We also get into functional testing, habit change, peptides and Mark's own daily non-negotiables, as well as why sometimes doing the simple things consistently can be harder than buying the next quick fix. A really interesting conversation about stripping wellness back, understanding your own body and doing the common things uncommonly well.
