Show Notes

Today I’m super interested to be chatting to two of my Patreons Sean O’Keefe and Christian Poulton about how they nailed the Arc of Attrition 50 first time this Jan 2024. I got timed out about 12 miles from the end reaching the Godevry checkpoint 15mins after the 8pm cut off, so I’ll be comparing notes to see what I need to do differently next time if I give it another shot in 2025 and we'll be compiling a top 10 tips between us all to help you out. Good luck!

Diolch! Thanks! To the lovely Lowri Morgan for chatting to us about her Ras Cefn y Draigg (Dragon’s Back Race) experience in 2019 where she crossed the finish line as 4th female and first in her age category, looking so strong with her 4-year-old son on her back, despite having been battling a knee injury for over half of the race! Lowri is Wales' finest TV presenter and BAFTA-award-winning broadcaster commentated on last year’s race and the 2021 race film.
