*This episode is in partnership with Grin Oral Health* In this episode I'm talking to a woman who I'm so lucky to have been working with over the past couple of months. Tara Tan is a truly inspiring entrepreneur who when she became a mum realised that she needed so much more from the oral health world both for her and her young daughter. Tara and her co-founder husband and team have worked with scientists and dentists to create the most joyful and positive dental health brand. With a focus on the environment, beautiful ingredients and on helping to educate children about their dental health and supply products to those who live in hygiene poverty, this is a woman and brand that are doing serious good. As part of our partnership, 100 Outspoken Beauty Trialling Panellists have been testing Grin flossers andPro-Enzyme Whitening Toothpaste and you'll hear their honest thoughts after the interview with Tara. It's been such a pleasure getting to know Tara and I'm rooting for her success in the UK market.

In this episode I'm welcoming the amazing Dr Zoe Williams who has teamed up with the alcohol education charity Drink Aware for the Find Your Balance Campaign campaign, which promotes alcohol moderation through the free My Drink Aware app. During the episode Zoe and I are talking about how easy it is to lose track of how much we drink and we explore the reasons why so many of us rely on a glass or two of wine after a stressful day. Zoe chats about how we can manage our drinking a bit more mindfully and why it's not necessarily about giving up totally. We also talk about why midlife hangovers are VERY different to when we were younger, the importance of getting together with our friends and an excellent technique to lower anxiety quickly. I adore Zoe and love her realistic and authentic advice.
It's a total pleasure to welcome Dr Sam Bunting back to Outspoken Beauty. In this episode Sam's cutting through all the skincare noise and reminding us about how we should be caring for our skin and the ingredients and actives that make the most difference. We're also talking about her brilliant new book "Flawless: Your Ultimate Guide to Bright Clear Skin". It's always so good to have Sam on the podcast. She's no nonsense, no BS and knows her stuff. I know you'll enjoy this one Outspoken Beauties!
*This episode is supported by Aesthetic Source* It's such a pleasure to welcome the truly brilliant Dr Sophie Shotter back on the podcast. In this episode Sophie and I are chatting about the shift in the types of treatments that are now on offer, specifically those that offer incredible skin health. In essence, rather than being about covering up wrinkles and hiding signs of ageing, this is all about ageing healthily and with a gorgeous glow. Sophie and I focus in on two particular treatments. The first is called Sunekos and helps the skin regenerate and repair itself and the second is the first ever topical biostimulator. We also chat about why looking after our skin health is so important for the health of our entire body and Sophie shares lots of her brilliant wisdom. This is a fascinating chat about a very welcome shift in how we think about caring for our skin and feeling good about ourselves. Wrinkles are officially in Outspoken Beauties!!
