Behind The Business

286. 29 Lessons in 29 Years - What I Believe About Creating a Really Fucking Good Life

Behind The Business

Show Notes

I’m turning 29, so for this episode I’m sharing 29 of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in 29 years.

And this one isn’t just about business

It’s about money, relationships, health, mindset, success, personal development, ambition, happiness and ultimately, what I believe it takes to create a really fucking good life.

I’ve built a business that generates over $300K a month, invested more than $300K into my own growth, chased some pretty ridiculous goals and created a life that my 22-year-old self would have struggled to believe was possible.

But the older I get, the more I realise that success on paper means very little if you don’t actually enjoy the life you’re creating.

In this episode, I’m sharing the lessons that have shaped how I live, including why your standards dictate the quality of your life, why less is almost always more, why I believe in working really fucking hard AND protecting your time, the importance of investing in yourself, why proximity is power, why you should actively seek discomfort, and why detachment might be one of the biggest keys to happiness.

Some of these lessons I’ve believed for years.

Some I’ve learned the hard way.

And some I’m still learning now.

If you’re ambitious and want to build an incredible business, make a lot of money, have beautiful relationships, look after your health, keep growing AND actually enjoy the shit out of your life while you’re doing it, this episode is for you.

Here’s to going all in, doing really big things and creating a really fucking good life.

If you want your next year in business to be your biggest yet, waiting until January to start doing something about it is a recipe for burnout. In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on why January is actually too late to start building your momentum. For years, I fell into the trap of slowing down in Q4 because of the false belief that "people don't buy right now." Man, was I wrong! People actually spend the most money, reflect the deepest, and make the most decisive moves toward their goals during this exact season.

We officially have less than 100 days left of 2026, and in this episode, I am breaking down exactly how you can turn these final months into your biggest revenue quarter yet. For years, I fell into the trap of believing that nobody buys during the holiday season because everyone is too busy. That limiting belief cost me thousands of dollars. Once I shifted my mindset and realized that Q4 is actually when people spend the most money, reflect on their progress, and invest in their futures, everything changed. You don't need a frantic, chaotic launch to win right now—you just need the right belief, a clear bottleneck audit, and a sustainable business model that lets you scale spaciously.
