1947 Oil & Gas listed on Aim this week, bringing with it its new portfolio of Gulf of America production assets. The plan is to work these new assets more efficiently, and to use the resulting cashflow to fund acquisitions in the US oil space, with a particular focus off-shore and near onshore. Cornish Tin & Lithium's exploration manager Ryan Hichens takes us through the opportunities on offer at the company's extensive portfolio of assets in the west of England. The company is gearing up for more drilling on Tregonning South, following a series of successful campaigns already undertaken. The project is prospective both for tin and lithium, and the aspiration is that by the end of the next drill campaign enough information will have been generated to create an inferred resource. After that the plan will be to move to do a scoping study.
Watch on YouTube Panther Metals has issued a prospectus ahead of a proposed listing on the CSE. The news follows on from a recent "flow-through" fundraising with Canadian investors, that will give the company at least a years' worth of working capital. Panther has been actively building networks in North America for some time, given the significant presence of critical minerals in its portfolio of assets in Ontario. Attention will now turn to the Obonga project in particular, where road access has just been established, and the opportunity is really opening up. Chief executive Darren Hazelwood joins Vox to tell us more.
TNR Gold has received a non-binding proposal from major shareholder Altius, the Canadian royalty giant. Of interest is TNR's royalty portfolio comprising major lithium and copper assets in South America. TNR is now considering its next move, but to date relations with Altius have been friendly, so there is a real possibility a a transaction will result. TNR's executive chairman Kirill Klip joins Vox to tell us about where the company's at, and where it goes from here.
