If your life is falling apart right now, this episode is for you. Between the ages of 35 and 42, your soul goes through one of the most profound initiations of your entire human experience. Relationships end. Careers dissolve. Identities crumble. And society tells you something must be wrong with you. But what if nothing is wrong? What if you're exactly where your soul needs you to be? In this episode, I'm breaking down the seven-year spiritual awakening cycle that unfolds between 35 and 42, what's actually happening beneath the surface of the breakdown, and why the chaos isn't your destruction. It's your becoming. I'm also sharing my own journey through this cycle, including my divorce, my most devastating heartbreak, how I discovered soul contracts in the middle of the wreckage, and what happened when I finally said yes to my soul's path at 40. If you're in the middle of it right now, this one is going to land. 🔗 Links mentioned in this episode: Digital Soul Contract Reading: https://www.sacredsoulcourses.com/courses/digital Schedule a 1:1 Soul Contract Reading: https://www.sacredsoulcourses.com/pages/schedule Upcoming Energy Healing Session: https://www.sacredsoulcourses.com/bundles/Group-Energy-Healing-Session Monthly Healing Membership: https://www.sacredsoulcourses.com/courses/monthly-healing-sessions Website: https://www.yoursoulscontract.com Instagram: @soul_contracts_practitioner All Links: https://linktr.ee/soulcontracts
More from Soul Contracts with Gellyahnah Aakhen Podcast
This episode is a live conversation with a circle of mothers who have lost children, many of them to addiction.
At five years old, Leon Aryah Lewis received a message from his great-grandmother, who had already passed: these people cannot take care of you. The other half of that message took him a lifetime to understand... ... He was the one who came here to take care of them. In this episode, Gellyahnah sits down with Leon Aryah Lewis, a lawyer, seer and author who has done thousands of soul readings. Leon grew up dyslexic, failed elementary school, and felt from the very beginning that he had been sent here without the right tools. By 36 he was a successful Los Angeles lawyer who came home at night and did six or seven soul readings a week. The book he wrote in his late thirties sat untouched for thirty years, traveled with him through five moves, and survived the Pacific Palisades fire that took his home. At 80, he says he finally knows his purpose. Together they talk about why an old soul chooses a difficult family, how Leon healed with his father before his death, the mother wound that taught him to distrust the feminine, why he stayed in an unhappy marriage until his kids were through college, and how both of them received their children's names before birth. They also compare how each of them works with the birth name, why the middle name matters, and why the age of 36 was no accident. The episode closes with Gellyahnah reading Leon's Soul Contract chart live, where the father wound, the mother wound, the dyslexia, the career in law and his gift for making people feel unjudged all show up in the sound frequencies of his birth name.
Nobody's Soul Agreed to Hurt You Episode Description There are entire spiritual belief systems built on the idea that souls agree to play the villain in each other's lives. That someone signed up before birth to betray you, abandon you, or break you open so you could grow. In this episode, Gellyahnah offers a very different perspective. Drawing from a channeling session with the Creator alongside her friend Katie, this episode walks through what souls actually agree to before a lifetime, why harm shows up anyway, and what happens energetically to the person who caused it. Souls agree to protect each other. Every role is chosen for proximity, so one soul can walk slightly ahead and light the way. No soul signs up to be a predator. So where does the harm come from? It comes from the confusion that sets in the moment we arrive here, the fear that settles into a child before they can even form a sentence, and the calcifying of that fear by age four or five. The person who hurt you was not carrying out an assignment. They were running so far outside their own soul that they could no longer feel the loyalty their soul still holds for you. This episode also dismantles two teachings many of us built our spiritual understanding on: that everything is pre-written, and that souls choose abusive parents to clear karma. Both came back differently than expected. And then there is the part that surprised Gellyahnah most. When one soul burns another, that soul has to stand behind the person they hurt until that person is fully healed. Their energy atones daily. They cannot leave. The karma completes when you heal. Which means the ending was always yours to hold. In this episode: What souls actually agree to before incarnating, and why the word that kept coming through was protection Why divine reunions are arranged but never guaranteed, and how free will can cause you to miss one The moment a soul's plan begins to unravel, and why most plans are disrupted from birth What it means for a soul to be homeless, and how that creates the person who hurt you Why nothing is pre-written, and how that belief becomes a prison The difference between being prepared for a hard life and consenting to abuse How harm calcifies inside the person who caused it, and why souls who hurt others become gravely ill Why there is never punishment, only repercussion The soul that stands behind you until you are whole, and the daily apology you never hear Why two souls do not need to meet again in a body for the karma to complete Where your Soul Contract chart shows you the plan you walked in here carrying
The 35 to 42 cycle woke you up. This one asks you to live it. In this episode, we walk through the 42 to 49 years, the cycle I call Soul Embodiment. This is the season where your soul stops dismantling your life for you and starts asking whether you are actually willing to build something true from everything you learned. It is a completely different kind of challenge, and it catches a lot of people off guard. We start with the piece almost nobody talks about, which is that whatever you left unfinished in the last cycle follows you into this one. It comes back louder. It comes back wearing a different face. The toxic dynamic returns as a business partner instead of a spouse. The career you knew you needed to leave starts showing up in your body. The spiritual nudge you ignored becomes a pull you can barely function around. Your soul is patient, and your soul is persistent. Then we go year by year, because every age in this cycle carries its own sound frequency and its own assignment. 42 as the transition and the fork in the road. 43 as the year your soul asks the private you and the public you to finally become one person. 44 as the gateway, where the spotlight turns on everything still out of alignment. 45 as the Year of the Dragon, when your power surfaces and you stop asking permission to take up space. 46 as the call into divine service from alignment rather than depletion. 47 as the year you build from truth and start to understand what the fire was for. 48 as the year your wounds become your wisdom and your story becomes someone else's survival guide. And 49 as the completion, where the Divine Mother frequency meets you with the truth that you were always enough. I also share what this cycle looks like for the people who genuinely did the work in their late thirties, and what it looks like for the ones who chose the familiar instead. If you are in that second group, this episode is especially for you. It is not too late. The invitation is simply more urgent now. Your Soul Contract chart shows you exactly which patterns you came here to work through, which is what turns these cycles from chaos into curriculum. And because these are soul-level imprints living in the body and the energetic field, energy healing is often what finally moves what understanding alone cannot reach. We close with a breath and a prayer over every soul walking this cycle right now.
You fell in love with who they were. And then somewhere along the way, they became someone you barely recognized. So which version was real? Both of them. In this episode, I'm sharing something personal that took me years to figure out and completely changed how I see people and move through relationships. I connect to people at the soul level, which means I would read someone's soul energy and think I knew exactly who they were, and then their human personality would show up and blow the whole picture apart. What I had to learn is that the soul and the human personality are two very different things operating in the same person at the same time. And once you understand this, it changes everything about how you interpret the people you love, the hurt you've experienced, and the way you show up yourself. We talk about what the soul personality actually is and why it's always oriented toward love and growth, how the human personality gets shaped by wounds, survival strategies, and years of conditioning, why that initial feeling of deep soul recognition is real even when the relationship gets complicated, and how to use this framework to respond instead of react when someone's unhealed parts are running the show. We also go to the harder place. What do you do when you can't find their soul underneath anymore? When their human personality has so thoroughly taken over that you're exhausted from looking? That's in here too. And then we flip it around and look at you. Because this framework isn't just for understanding other people. It's for understanding which version of yourself is showing up every single day.
