I love rituals. And I love believing in magic and something higher than me. I love trusting that I am not alone, and that everything I go through I asked for.
I heard about this ritual that puts a bow on this year we just lived, and brings anticipation for the year to come. The idea is writing down 13 wishes you want for yourself in 2024, but they all need to be something that you would feel comfortable making come true.
I dive deeper into the details of this episode (along with some other sideline stories, because you know me…) and I can't wait to see how this pans out for you!
If you resonate with this episode, or any, please consider leaving a review and/or sharing this podcast on social. It truly means the world.
Thank you for being such a bright spot in my 2023. I can't wait to see how we evolve and expand together in 2024! See you inside💥

One of my fave topics! This comes up so frequently in my coaching and mentoring sessions: "I feel like I am made of more but I am paralyzed by fear." Cool. Welcome to being human.
Sometimes parenting is about parenting. And sometimes parenting is about re-parenting ourselves.
Today you get part two of my conversation with Raina, where we dive into what has happened since she finished writing her book, Bare.
