After working in theatre and exploring spiritual practices, including living in ashrams in India, America, and Australia, she later discovered homeopathy through her daughter’s recurring ear infections. This experience inspired her to study homeopathy at the Sydney College of Homeopathic Medicine. She graduated and began practising in 2002, later teaching a range of homeopathic subjects and supervising clinical practice at Endeavour College. Alongside her homeopathy work, Ann continued her meditation practice and served as a meditation teacher. She now teaches Mindful Self-Compassion and offers more intensive one-on-one training through Unravelling Unworthiness, which draws on self-compassion and related practices to help people develop a kinder relationship with themselves.
