Dr. Kelly McCann is a triple board-certified physician in internal medicine, pediatrics, and integrative medicine, and the founder of The Spring Center in Costa Mesa, California. She has spent nearly three decades working with some of modern medicine’s most complex and misunderstood conditions, including mold toxicity, chronic infections, mast cell activation, and nervous-system dysregulation. Drawing on both rigorous clinical training and a master’s in spiritual psychology, her approach treats the mind, body, emotions, and spirit as inseparable rather than isolated parts. Her evolving life’s work, The Unforgetting Project, is a healing philosophy built on the premise that illness, at its deepest level, is the body asking us to come back to ourselves.

What would it take to walk into a world that isn’t yours, earn the trust of people who would kill you if they knew who you really were, and do it while your family lives just minutes away, completely unaware? Tegan Broadwater did exactly that. A former jazz musician turned Fort Worth police officer, he spent nearly two years undercover infiltrating a violent Crip gang, an operation that sent 51 people to prison. But this conversation goes beyond the operation. It’s about what living a double life revealed about identity, trust, and the masks every one of us wears without realizing it.
