Celtic Board Declare WAR On Fans Over Dermot Desmond Protest // ACSOM // A Celtic State of Mind

🍀 Welcome back to A Celtic State of Mind! We are the award-winning ACSOM podcast and fan channel. We bring you daily debate, match previews, post-match reactions, and exclusive interviews from the heart of the Celtic community.

The Celtic Board has declared war on the fanbase. Following the dramatic tennis ball protest targeting major shareholder Dermot Desmond on the 15th green at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship in St Andrews, Celtic Park chiefs have issued an explosive, 867-word statement.

The club has crossed a line of its own, completely cutting ties with the Celtic Fans Collective, threatening indefinite bans for those involved, and accusing supporters of bringing "shame" to the club. But does the hierarchy deserve the accountability they are running from?

In this episode of A Celtic State of Mind, we react to the fallout of the Dermot Desmond golf protest. We dissect the board's massive overreaction, the growing disconnect between the suit-wearing hierarchy and the fans, and why the anger over European regression, recruitment, and control of the club has finally reached boiling point.

💬 Have your say in the live chat! Has the board gone too far with their statement? Was the St Andrews stunt justified to force accountability? Let us know your thoughts below.
