Here is an audio preview of one of the new shows coming out on our Strange Midnight AV YouTube channel. 📼 Broadcast in the dead hours of local cable during the early 1980s, Lotho’s Library of Classic Horrors aired several times a week on WGTH-13: The Velvet Signal, a goth-leaning public access channel based out of a low-watt station in upstate New York. The host, Lotho the Librarian, never appeared fully in frame. Just a sliver of a face and the soft, raspy whisper of forgotten nightmares. Each week, he read a different story pulled from the shadowed shelves of horror literature. Lovecraft, Bowen, Poe - all rendered in a hush meant only for insomniacs and creatures of the night.
