Jessie Thomas: 2-Day Live Virtual Event on a Dime!

In this riveting episode of 3PL Live, Jessie Thomas, one of the masterminds behind the innovative "Game Changers in Freight Tech" event, takes listeners on a behind-the-scenes journey of her recent 2-day virtual event.

Fresh off the heels of TIA, the itch to host another show was palpable. The mission? To create a mini-conference that underscored the spirit of collaboration, encapsulated in the mantra, "We are all in this together."

Jessie sheds light on the diversity of tools and platforms her customers lean on, debunking the myth of a one-size-fits-all approach in freight tech. The event boasted a dynamic mix of keynotes, rapid-fire 7-minute demos, and insightful panels, all designed to highlight their 16 esteemed technology partners.

A stellar line-up of 21 event speakers and guests graced the virtual stage. The sheer logistical marvel of it all becomes even more astounding when Jessie reveals that the event was brought to life in just 4 weeks. Well, technically three, if you consider that she was out attending a wedding for one of those weeks!

Listeners get a sneak peek into Jessie's organizational prowess as she likens her meticulous planning to a game of Tetris. Everything is documented, everything in its place. And in a refreshing departure from the norm, this was a live show, not a recorded webinar.

The episode culminates with Jessie's inspiring take on the intricacies of virtual event planning. Her message is clear: In the face of challenges, don't let fear hold you back. Dive in and give it a shot.
