Show Notes
Welcome to your favorite figure skating podcast, where we talk about all the things that make us kiss, make us cry, and make us host The LIVE Rosie Awards show at the Westin in Gwinnett. This was our very first Live Awards Show and, unbelievably, our 7th live show of the season. We truly couldn’t have done this without your support; we are so grateful for every one of you. This was our first OLYMPIC SEASON as podcasters and what a wild ride it’s been. This season really had it all: Scout the dog, shark attacks, cigarettes, and plenty of fake comebacks. A massive thank you to everyone who came out and dressed to the nines. We also want to thank USFS, The Georgia FSC, and the Local Organizing Committee for all their incredible help. And of course, a huge thank you to you, our loyal listeners. We are so lucky to have you. OUR RUNTHROUGH FAMILY! To all the skaters who competed this season: we love to joke around, but please know it’s always from a place of love. We admire you and we are always cheering you on. The Runthrough will always be a place where we can laugh and cry about the incredible athletes who make us laugh and cry. More from The Runthrough
In this episode we talk about the very first Grand Prix of the season! We also talk about things that are equally as important like getting your picture taken outside a Chanel. In this episode Adam and Ashley record this episode without Sarah and so obviously it's a bit off the rials (as one would expect). They talk about dressing as a brick, skating the drums, and texting who you're dating after you get injured at a new rink. They also ask the question: "Who has time to edit a program preview for social media when you have to sit at Starbucks for 3 hours after practice?"
Hello everyone!!! The season is underway!!! In this episode we talk about our first impressions of some of the programs we've seen so far, entering a polycule, and how context is everything.
To finish out the Lore horse series this summer we HAD to end it with THE lore horse; Carmen. Thank you to Michelle Ellis for her tireless work of curating hours of incredible skating to some of the most iconic pieces of music we've ever heard.
Welcome back to the Lore Horse series where we talk all about the things that make us kiss (Eurovision Song Contest), cry (potato famine), and talk all about RIVERDANCE. Keep your arms by your side and get ready for a wild ride.
